How do I get a price for renderings?

Accepted Answer

Book a call with our co-founder, Fraser. You get a fixed price and a delivery date in writing before any work starts, usually the same day. The price depends on how many views you need and how complex each one is, so it is quicker to quote from your actual drawings than from a rate card.

What do I need to begin?

Accepted Answer

Floor plans and elevations in CAD or PDF, any material or finish schedule you want followed, and the plot address or site photographs. References for the style you are after help, but are not required.

AIRCH offers a 25% discount if you are able to provide images of the framing.

Question 3

What if I only have a hand sketch, or nothing but an address?

Accepted Answer

That is enough to start. AIRCH can build a cohesive set of renders and visuals from hand sketches or a plot address alone. Where information is missing we make the design decision ourselves, show it to you in the first round, and change it if needed.

Question 4

Do you work with builders, architects or real estate agents?

Accepted Answer

All three. Builders and developers are the largest group, usually selling a new build before it is framed. Architects come to us when a client needs to see the design. Agents come with a listing that does not exist yet or does not photograph well.

Question 5

How quickly will I see the first renders?

Accepted Answer

AIRCH delivers the first round of visuals within 48 hours of receiving complete files. This includes floor plans, elevations and any finish selections you want followed. Rounds of revision may depend on how much is changing and how quickly we receive feedback, but we always try to work around your schedule.

Can you work to a fixed launch date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us the desired date on the first call and we will say yes or no, then and there. If the schedule allows it we can move faster than standard.

Question 7

What happens if the design changes halfway through?

Accepted Answer

Design changes are normal on new builds. We update the model and the affected images and tell you straight away if it moves the delivery date. The project does not go back to the start.

Question 8

Do you style the interiors, or do I have to supply the furniture and material selections?

Accepted Answer

Styling is included. Furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork and the decor are all chosen and placed by us. If you have style selections you want followed, send the schedule and we follow it exactly.We always avoid the classic gray furnishings and overused modern art paintings. Often designing new pieces entirely in order to stand out from all other visuals on the market.

Can you match my actual specification, down to the tile and the cabinet finish?

Yes, AIRCH can match the exact specifications, send the finish schedule and the renders carry those exact materials. This matters most for builders selling from a spec, where the image a buyer commits to has to agree with what gets installed.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

AIRCH provides 3 rounds of revisions.

Do you outsource any of the work?

Accepted Answer

No. Every image is produced in-house at AIRCH by our team. This is why our images for each project tell a consistent story.

What files do I actually receive?

Accepted Answer

AIRCH provides high-resolution files for print, web-sized versions, MLS-ready crops, and vertical and square crops for social. Video is delivered in 1080p, vertical and horizontal.

Question 13

Can I use the images on MLS, Zillow and in paid ads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AIRCH provides you with full marketing rights to everything produced for you.One thing to check on your side: MLSs and listing platforms each set their own rules on how renderings, virtually staged photos and AI-enhanced images have to be disclosed. Those rules differ by market and change often, so check your platform's current guidance before you publish.
