Mt. Harding Hideaway: cabin renders and video, Charlo, Montana
The Brief:
Ninepipes Lodge sits in the Mission Valley, with the Mission Mountains on one side and the Ninepipes refuge on the other. Mt. Harding Hideaway was their new standalone cabin, tucked in the pines beneath the mountain it is named after. Working alongside Hammock Creative, the task was to fill the calendar before the cabin existed.
There was nothing to photograph. The cabin was being relocated, and what we were handed to work from was a Canva mood board: a hot tub, a fire table, an outdoor shower, string lights in the trees. Every asset the campaign would run on had to be built from design intent alone.

Ninepipes Lodge, Owner
LOVED working with Fraser. He was professional, timely, and delivered a wonderful product.

What we made.
Around 30 assets covering the cabin inside and out. The cedar hot tub under string lights, the fire table on the deck at dusk, the hammock strung between pines, the outdoor shower, and the cabin itself sitting low among the trees. Each scene built to match the finishes and the feeling the mood board was reaching for.
Alongside the stills, lifestyle frames with people in them, aesthetic close ups, and motion cut from the same scenes. Everything delivered in feed and 9:16 formats so the campaign could run across paid and organic without recutting, with seasonal variants so the same cabin could sell a summer evening and a snowed-in winter night.

The full pre-booking campaign, built and run with Hammock Creative. Ads went live months before a guest could set foot in the cabin, with the renders carrying the entire proposition: this is what your stay looks like, book it now.
Inside a few weeks it had produced $25,000 in direct bookings. The cabin hit 100% occupancy for its first available month, and six months of the calendar were filled at around 50% average occupancy before opening. Direct bookings, not platform bookings, so the revenue landed with the owner rather than with a listing site.
