Outcome

The Brief:

The lot at the corner of Auburn and Pasadena came to market in July 2025 at $890,000, sold for land value alone. The 1938 house standing on it was never opened for viewings. It was the ground that was for sale, not the building.

It was not a straightforward piece of ground either. County records show a neat 60 by 125 rectangle, but the lot is pie-shaped, with the northern boundary running out to around 112 feet. The listing was candid about it and told buyers that a little imagination would go a long way. Brickment Homes took it on, and Levy Porpino had to sell a house that did not exist yet, on a plot most people could not picture.

What we made.

Fifty assets covering the house inside and out: the street approach on the corner, the rear elevation and the backyard the odd lot shape made possible, close-up frames, and the interiors room by room.

Delivered in listing and social formats.

What it was used for.

Marketing the home through the build. Until a house is finished there is nothing to photograph, so the renders stood in for it while Levy took the property to market.

It sold. One of several projects with Levy Porpino at Brickment Homes.
